About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial and Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for candidates with good tenure and prior experience in commercial or personal lines.
  • Proficiency in Epic software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; open to candidates with relevant experience willing to obtain licensure.
  • Additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide A-Z servicing for commercial and personal lines accounts, supporting account managers in day-to-day operations.
  • Handle small to mid-market commercial lines and generalist personal lines accounts.
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and documentation efficiently.
