About The Position

The Commercial and O&I Sales Representatives at Mesa Systems drive the acquisition of business for our comprehensive moving and storage services, focusing on commercial clients. This role involves cultivating leads, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while nurturing strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent industry related experience
  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a focus on commercial or business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs, negotiate effectively, and resolve issues
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry networks
  • Able to sit for long periods of time
  • Able to stand and stoop

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in estimating and quoting services is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage sales efforts
  • Develop and pursue sales leads within the commercial sector, upselling relevant services and providing accurate quotes
  • Coordinate with Operations to schedule moves, ensuring equipment and personnel availability are aligned with clients' timelines
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and clients to foster positive relationships and streamline operations
  • Build value, create client success, expand Mesa's service offering, and enhance revenue streams
