Our Americas Commercial Excellence team transforms complex data into actionable insights that help our business—and our customers—thrive. In this high‑impact role, you’ll be part of a regional Center of Excellence, developing analytics and insights that shape smarter decisions across the Americas. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Operations to elevate commercial execution. Our mission is simple yet powerful: deliver the right insight, to the right team, at the right time. As data becomes the backbone of every decision, we make it accessible, meaningful, and actionable. This role supports U.S.-based commercial stakeholders and plays a key part in enabling strategic decision‑making across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-4 years of analytics experience, ideally supporting commercial or go-to-market teams.
  • Good collaboration skills: able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive impact.
  • Strong communication skills: able to explain complex analytics clearly, tailor messages to diverse audiences, and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • A team-first mindset: provide a demonstrated ability to build trust, work constructively with others, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • Ability to evaluate market potential, segment customers, and prioritize commercial opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of customer priorities, buying journeys, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into relevant, actionable recommendations for targeting, market intelligence, and launch excellence.
  • Skilled in data storytelling, problem-solving, and simplifying complex concepts for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with predictive and prescriptive analytics; familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Technical proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and advanced Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analytics, tools, and insights that advance commercial excellence across the Americas.
  • Design and deliver dashboards for reporting, customer targeting, market intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Visualize market trends and performance metrics to support strategic planning in key markets.
  • Partner with product marketing leads to identify and target customers to optimize new product launches.
  • Create content that increases visibility of data, analytics, and insights to drive business results.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to business processes, systems, and data flows.
  • Leverage AI‑driven insights to enhance efficiency and elevate commercial performance.
  • Develop compelling materials—presentations, scorecards, measurement frameworks—clearly articulating strategy, validating metrics, and tracking execution and financial impact.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business needs, systems, data streams, and information requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
