About The Position

Cennox is seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Alarm Bank Technician to join our expanding Electronic Security division. We are looking for passionate, experienced security professionals that are ready to work in an environment that allows you to grow as Cennox grows. Those with exceptional customer service and who can thrive in a dynamic team culture should apply. This role also involves being cross-trained to support other lines of business, including banking and retail. The use of a personal vehicle is required for this position.

Requirements

Tech-savvy with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Strong work ethic to work independently and reliably meet deadlines with minimum supervision
Great communication/customer service skills and ability to interpret/execute written instructions
Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing
Reliable/insured vehicle
Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service
Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
Ability to work both indoors and outside in all-weather and sit/drive for extensive daily travel
Good hand/eye coordination and sharp eyesight

Responsibilities

Performing scheduled inspections, surveys, and related project work.
Performing scheduled cleanings, updating signage, and minor refurbishments on bank equipment including Automated Teller Machines.
Supporting other lines of business, banking and retail through cross-training.
