Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Commercial Aftersales Manager. This is a field-based (remote) position with primary responsibility supporting the West Coast territory. The role involves extensive travel to engage with the Dealer network, build strong partnerships, and drive business growth. The manager will collaborate closely with dealers and their customers to deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions, develop and execute regional sales strategies for all parts segments, and support dealer growth by expanding their service business and identifying new parts consumption opportunities. Additionally, the role focuses on developing new channels and segments through eCommerce initiatives, enabling dealer sales success through training and coaching, and analyzing/reporting sales data and market insights using CRM and BI tools.
