Requirements

  • At least one year of B2B sales experience
  • At least one year of outside sales experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Experience in the pest control industry
  • Experience managing commercial accounts or customer retention initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
  • Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
  • Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
  • Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
  • Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
  • Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor for your customers by providing responsive communication and ongoing support.
