About The Position

The Masters Lawn & Pest is seeking a Commercial Account Manager (CAM) to oversee, retain, and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial clients. This role involves managing ongoing client relationships, conducting property visits, identifying service needs, and driving sales through enhancements and new contracts. The ideal candidate is skilled in communication, problem-solving, and building trust with clients, and will join a fast-growing team dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
  • At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/operations software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
  • Experience managing client relationships, preferably in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation.
  • Strong understanding of lawn installation, irrigation systems, maintenance practices, and pest control services.
  • Ability to prepare, present, and follow up on proposals with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
  • Comfort working with CRM/operations software and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through trust, reliability, and consistent communication.
  • Proactively manage client properties by identifying issues early, communicating clearly, and coordinating solutions with service teams.
  • Conduct scheduled property visits (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) and log all notes and activities in Aspire for accountability.
  • Monitor crew performance and collaborate with department managers to ensure proper scheduling, quality control, and excellent service.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals, including $200K in landscape enhancements and $100K in contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals aligned with TMLP pricing standards.
  • Follow up consistently on pending proposals to maximize close rates and revenue.
  • Support collections by assisting Account Coordinators when clients are unreachable or payments are delayed.
  • Cultivate relationships with key “Most Wanted” clients to become their trusted landscaping and irrigation advisor.
  • Uphold company policies and set a positive example for other team members.
  • Demonstrate company core values in all interactions and responsibilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper use of all TMLP assets including vehicles, shop areas, field offices, and job sites.
