Responsibilities

  • Manage a small book of commercial accounts under supervision.
  • Execute sales activities aligned to established account plans.
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and pricing data in CRM systems.
  • Respond to routine customer needs related to orders, pricing, and product availability.
  • Support contract administration, renewals, and standard pricing updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, operations, finance) to fulfill orders.
  • Track account performance and customer activity using standard reports.
  • Assist with preparation of quotes, proposals, and customer presentations.
  • Identify basic upsell or cross‑sell opportunities and escalate as appropriate.
  • Build foundational skills in customer communication, negotiation, and analytics.
