Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales (pest control, service industry, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — confident with business owners and executives.
  • Ability to network, cold call, and close deals.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with great follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM/sales software experience a plus.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating leads to build your sales pipeline.
  • Meeting with business owners and decision-makers to present customized pest management solutions.
  • Networking, cold calling, and following up with prospects to build long-term relationships.
  • Creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business deals.
  • Hitting and exceeding sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Using CRM tools and sales software to track activity and manage accounts.
