Emser Tile, a nationwide supplier of high-quality floor covering products, is seeking a Commercial Territory Sales Manager. This role focuses on developing and driving the commercial business segment, specifically within the Architect and Design (A&D) community. The position involves building market share with key commercial A&D firms, maintaining and growing relationships with top specifiers, and leveraging these relationships to secure tile and stone specifications for Emser during the design stage of projects. The manager will also be responsible for organizing and implementing Product Knowledge and CEU trainings with assigned accounts. Collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, National Account Managers, peers, and Commercial Contractor reps is essential to develop strategies and ensure specifications are maintained through the bid process. The role also requires working with Product Development & Marketing teams to communicate business and design trends, and participating in trade and industry events to increase client knowledge and cultivate relationships. The Commercial Territory Sales Manager is expected to manage assigned budgets to maintain existing business and increase sales.
