This is a SALES and remote/telecommuting position. Candidate must reside in Western U.S. (AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, HI, ID, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, OK. OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY) and have a 30 minute to 1.5 hour plane ride commute between states listed. Significant travel is required. The Command & Control Sales person will be responsible for minimizing unnecessary travel costs by trying to schedule as many appointments in a particular region as far in advance as possible. Due to the nature of this position last minute travel may also be required. Primary Role : Command & Control Sales is responsible for overall business growth of control room solutions and to expand market penetration for mission critical control room related technology to all vertical markets including but not limited to Transportation, Utilities, Network Operations, Emergency Operations, and Government. The account manager is expected to establish and implement a market strategy, meet and exceed assigned sales goals, and develop and maintain relationship with clients, vendors and partners in the command and control marketplace. The Western U.S. Project Consultant should also be able to recommend traditional Audio-Visual solutions to customers outside of the control room including but not limited to conference rooms, board rooms, training rooms, and lobbies.
