About The Position

Manage an assigned commercial lines book of business, including renewals, endorsements, audits, applications, and new business submissions. Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system. Review policies for accuracy and coordinate corrections as needed. Analyze insurer quotations, obtain loss runs, negotiate terms, and assist in presenting coverage options. Coordinate renewals, binders, invoicing, and premium financing activities. Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims matters. Assist clients with reporting claims and navigating the claims process. Review insurance requirements within contracts and provide appropriate guidance. Support producers in the acquisition and retention of commercial clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and services. Prepare certificates of insurance, binders, and other policy-related documentation. Provide outstanding service that strengthens long-term client and carrier relationships.

Requirements

  • Current Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • 4+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial insurance accounts and renewals.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms.
  • Experience using agency management systems such as AMS360.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with multiple carrier markets.
