Requirements

• Proven in-home sales experience preferred
• Track record of closing deals and hitting goals
• Comfortable using CRM tools, apps, and digital proposals
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• HVAC knowledge or local permitting experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow up on pre-qualified warm leads and close HVAC system sales
• Educate homeowners on system options, energy efficiency, and five-star service
• Present professional proposals in-home or digitally
• Deliver a no-pressure, trust-based sales experience
• Maintain accurate estimates and job details in the company CRM
• Stay sharp through ongoing product and sales training
• Represent Bumble Bee with professionalism and confidence in the community
