About The Position

Integrity Refrigeration and AC is seeking a personable, consultative Comfort Advisor who excels at building trust, listening to customer needs, and presenting clear, value-driven solutions that enhance home comfort. You will work full-time, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as needed. WHAT THIS HEATING AND COOLING ROLE ENTAILS As a Comfort Advisor, you will arrive each day ready to generate your own leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. You will spend your time providing exceptional value to every customer you meet, leveraging your HVAC expertise to recommend the best comfort solutions for their needs. In this role, you will embrace the challenge of closing deals and take ownership of your results. Your focus will always be on driving success-for both the company and you-through strong customer relationships, consultative selling, and consistent performance. OUR STORY With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model as well as work on both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we find the issue faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on having complete transparency on billing and prices. We know that our highly trained professionals are the secret to our success, so we make our employees and their families a top priority to ensure they perform at their best potential. Requirements

  • 2+years of HVAC/Sales experience
  • Sales motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to generate leads through outreach and networking
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only environment with unlimited income potential.
