Requirements
- Sales experience in HVAC, home improvement, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to present solutions and close sales
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs
- Educate homeowners on HVAC solutions, including system upgrades and energy-efficient options
- Provide transparent pricing and financing options
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups
- Work closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
