About The Position
We’re seeking a driven Comfort Advisor to lead in-home consultations, present system options, and manage each project from the first handshake through installation. This role blends sales, customer service, and technical HVAC knowledgeto deliver 5-star experiences to homeowners seeking comfort, efficiency, and value. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a performance-based environment, enjoys helping customers make informed decisions, and takes pride in seeing projects through from sale to completion.
Requirements
- Proven success in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
