About The Position

Since 2011, we've helped thousands of homeowners improve their homes through air duct cleaning, Aeroseal duct sealing, insulation upgrades, crawl space restoration, HVAC cleaning, duct repairs, and energy-efficiency solutions. We're looking for a motivated, professional Comfort Advisor who enjoys meeting homeowners, solving problems, and earning an excellent income through consultative sales—not high-pressure tactics. Requirements

Residential in-home sales experience
HVAC, insulation, remodeling, restoration, or home improvement sales experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to build trust with homeowners
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable using tablets and CRM software
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
Perform home comfort and indoor air quality assessments
Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and HVAC performance
Prepare professional estimates and proposals
Educate customers on available solutions
Follow up on outstanding estimates
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Generate your own opportunities through networking and community involvement
Work closely with our operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
