Sets up and operates oxyacetylene, arc, insert gas tungsten arc, insert gas metal arc and resistance welding equipment to weld a wide variety of experimental and production parts, subassemblies, assemblies and structures of all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Performs all types of brazing and soldering to join various metallic materials. This position is an onsite role. Must pass Technical Interview and pass an external hands-on assessment at a Raytheon approved supplier. This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and workplace conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement. Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union. This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
