In this role, you aren't just managing schedules—you are the tactical lead for the maintenance of critical Combat Systems equipment. You will be the bridge between shipboard leadership, Port Engineers, and the technical teams that keep our Pacific Fleet operational.

Requirements

  • Deep Technical Roots: At least 8 years of direct experience with USN Combat Systems, specifically troubleshooting and repairing single/multi-mode connectors and cables.
  • Waterfront Wisdom: Proven success coordinating maintenance in the complex environment of USN shipboard operations.
  • Technical Versatility: Hands-on expertise in shipboard antennas, internal/external comms, AV equipment, cable installation, and MCT/cableway maintenance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain base and ship access.
  • 4 years of progressive experience with a Bachelor’s; 2 years with a Master’s; or 8 years of battle-tested experience with a High School Diploma.

Nice To Haves

  • Navy Leadership: Experience as a USN EMO, CSMM, or Combat Systems Dept LCPO.
  • Certified Expertise: Fiber/Copper wire testing and termination certifications or QCI certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the Front: Drive a high-performing team in the execution of critical maintenance on USN Combat Systems.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between USN shipboard leadership (EMOs/CSMMs), Port Engineers, and internal management.
  • Master the Logistics: Oversee project lifecycles, budgets, and schedules, ensuring every milestone is met with precision.
  • Solve the Impossible: Identify bottlenecks and technical hurdles, developing creative interventions to keep productivity high and the client satisfied.
  • Ensure Quality: Build and maintain the mechanisms that monitor progress, ensuring our work meets the rigorous standards our Sailors deserve.
