R&D- Colorant Technical Manager
About The Position
The Colorant Group at Accurate Dispersions is seeking a Technical Manager to lead development activities for the Industrial Colorants group. This role will be responsible for developing close partnerships with the Performance Coatings Group's business units and Global Supply Chain to clearly identify the needs and define projects and project priorities for SW global industrial colorant platforms – development to commercialization. They will also develop and recommend strategies for exploratory research within their department to investigate opportunities to utilize new technologies or achieve general market needs. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
