About The Position

As a Color Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Performs complex tests, tasks, and/or experiments. Utilizes standard or nonstandard procedures required for product development, process scale-up, or production processes. Ensures 3M quality standards are met and maintained. Adapts existing testing approaches. The employee performs work under general supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (Completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

• History of successfully applying business knowledge to support business needs and goals
• Initiates, leads, and implements problem identification and resolution
• Five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
