About The Position

This role is responsible for color matching bulk quantities of nail polish to established standards. The Color Matcher will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), adjust suspension base and nail enamel to color standards, and work with production supervisors to adjust color formulas when necessary. The position requires the use of only approved raw materials and interaction with R&D, Quality Control, and customers. Additional duties include completing paperwork, assisting other departments with batch production, performing general housekeeping, and carrying out other assignments from the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 1-2 years color matching experience in paint or coating industry.
• Basic math skills with the ability to follow written formula.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs.
• Ability to communicate and discuss approvals with Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Carry out other assignments given by the Production Supervisor.
