Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, filing systems, proofreading, and calendar management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications for the collision center
  • Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative functions
  • Support office management activities by coordinating appointments and providing personal assistant support as needed
