About The Position
Greenway Collision is a high-volume, fast-paced collision center where teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency are essential to success. We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to be an integral part of our growing operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a collision center or automotive parts department required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-first attitude and a commitment to customer service
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with CCC One and/or dealership DMS systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and estimators with accurate and timely parts orders
- Receive, inspect, and distribute parts in a high-volume workflow
- Maintain an organized parts inventory and perform regular cycle counts
- Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Process returns and handle warranty parts according to company and manufacturer guidelines
