About The Position
Lead a high-volume collision shop in Honesdale as the on-site General Manager. You will own day-to-day operations, the production team, and insurance-partner relationships, working directly with ownership. This is an on-site GM seat with full shop leadership, not a desk-only role. The shop has established DRP relationships with major carriers, including State Farm, Nationwide, Allstate, and Geico, and operates in an I-CAR Gold environment.
Requirements
- Collision shop leadership experience as a General Manager or equivalent
- Ability to run a shop independently
- Comfort owning production, people, and insurance relationships

Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day operations of the Honesdale collision shop
- Lead production, quality, and shop performance
- Hire, coach, and hold the team accountable
- Maintain and grow DRP insurance-partner relationships
- Own the customer experience from intake through delivery
- Report results and work closely with ownership
