About The Position
Diehl Collision of Grove City is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join their professional and customer-focused team. This role is critical in the repair process, involving accurate assessment of vehicle damage, preparation of repair estimates, communication with insurance companies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Damage Appraiser, or Collision Repair Advisor preferred
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures, vehicle construction, and insurance claim processes
- Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating systems preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating software
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and procedures
- Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repairs
- Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
