About The Position

Crash Champions is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers through vehicle repairs and insurance procedures, prepare and finalize repair estimates, and manage repairs throughout the process. The role helps ensure repair quality, keeps customers informed, supports technicians with repair data and post-scanning, and completes repair-order and insurance-carrier paperwork. Compensation is listed as a typical full-time employee range and may include monthly sales incentive bonuses.

Requirements

Customer service skills.

Ability to deal with fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of working with insurance partners.
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; CCC One is preferred, as are Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Complete initial estimates, prepare complete estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status and provide a positive customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
