About The Position

They are seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to manage customer and insurance relationships and become a long-term member of their team, offering an alternative to corporate politics and large consolidator environments.

Requirements

• Collision estimating experience
• Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence working directly with customers and insurance adjusters
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple repairs and relationships

Nice To Haves

• CCC ONE experience preferred
• The shop will support the licensing process if needed

Responsibilities

• Write accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE
• Meet with customers, photograph vehicle damage, and walk vehicles with them
• Perform pre-repair and post-repair scans
• Communicate and work with insurance partners, including a Direct Repair Program
• Manage customer and insurance communication throughout the repair process
• Partner closely with the production team to keep repairs moving efficiently
