About The Position

Crash Champions is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers through the vehicle repair process and manage repairs to the company’s quality standards. The role includes preparing and finalizing estimates, coordinating repair progress, keeping customers informed, reviewing vehicle data and completing post-scanning, and ensuring repair-order and insurance-carrier documentation is complete. The listed compensation range is $65,000 to $153,915 per year, inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses; actual offers depend on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; CCC One is preferred, as are Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers about vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Complete initial estimates, prepare complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status and provide a positive customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
