About The Position

Crash Champions is a rapidly growing multi-shop operator (MSO) in the collision repair industry, operating over 650 locations across the U.S. The company also manages the Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified brand for highline and luxury EV repairs. This role involves educating customers on repair processes, managing repair orders, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
Keep customers fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible customer experience.
Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
