About The Position

Tom Wood Collision is a high-performing, OEM-certified collision repair facility in Indianapolis seeking an Estimator to join our growing team. With over 20 manufacturer certifications and a commitment to proper repairs, we focus on quality, safety, and customer experience— where precision and quality aren’t negotiable. This role is not a traditional estimating position. Our team utilizes dedicated Blueprinters, allowing Estimators to focus on customer communication, insurance coordination, and repair process management. Requirements

Experience in collision repair, automotive, or a related field (1+ year preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to negotiate and problem-solve with insurance companies
Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
