About The Position

The Collision Estimator plays a key role in managing the repair process from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact between customers, insurance companies, and the shop. This position is responsible for writing estimates, tracking repairs, and ensuring a smooth, timely experience for every customer. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a standard background check
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicles through the full repair process from intake to completion
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair status and timelines
• Write and submit accurate estimates to insurance companies
• Coordinate with technicians and production teams to keep repairs on track
• Maintain organization across multiple repair orders and ensure timely delivery
