About The Position

Crash Champions is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers through the vehicle repair process and manage repairs from initial estimate through repair-order closeout. The role includes preparing and finalizing repair estimates, monitoring repair quality, keeping customers informed, supporting technicians with vehicle data and post-scanning, and ensuring repair files meet carrier requirements. Compensation includes monthly sales incentive bonuses; the stated range reflects the average range for a typical full-time employee and offers are based on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of working with insurance partners.
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; CCC One is preferred, as are Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers about vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Complete initial estimates, prepare complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status and provide a positive customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
