About The Position

Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Collision Center as an Estimator Apprentice. This position combines customer service, Collision Center office operations, and hands-on estimator training. No previous estimating experience is required—we'll train you and pay for your Estimator course and applicable licensing/certification fees.

Requirements

Automotive experience required – Parts, Service, Technician, or Collision experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good computer, typing, and basic math skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple priorities
Valid PA driver's license

Responsibilities

Provide customer service throughout the collision repair process
Answer phones, schedule appointments, check in customers, and provide repair updates
Learn and perform Collision Center office procedures and systems
Assess collision and comprehensive vehicle damage
Learn estimating and repair-order software
Prepare estimates following insurance and company guidelines
Work with technicians and Parts Advisors to coordinate proper repairs
Monitor repair progress and assist with quality control
Complete repair documentation and final insurance billing
