About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Collision Detailer to join our busy Collision Center in Cuyahoga Falls. In this vital role, you will be the final touchpoint in our repair process. You are responsible for transforming repaired vehicles back into pristine, showroom-ready condition before they are returned to our guests. Your meticulous eye for detail ensures that our craftsmanship shines and our guests drive away completely satisfied.

Requirements

Prior experience in automotive detailing, vehicle reconditioning, or a collision center environment is highly preferred (but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic).
An exceptional eye for cleanliness, paint defects, and interior perfection.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work actively in a shop environment.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform meticulous interior and exterior detailing on vehicles completing collision and body repairs.
Wash, buff, wax, and polish vehicles; expertly remove overspray, compounding residue, and dust from the repair process.
Vacuum, shampoo, steam-clean, and treat carpets and upholstery; clean and condition surfaces including dashes, windows, and trim.
Inspect completed vehicles thoroughly against quality standards to ensure all dust, debris, and structural repair residue are entirely eliminated.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay and workspace.
Safely operate all detailing equipment, pressure washers, buffers, and chemical solutions.
Work closely with collision technicians, estimators, and service advisors to meet delivery deadlines and manage daily workflow.
