About The Position

The Porter will assist the Collision Center department in a variety of ways. This role is ideal for someone looking for an opportunity that accommodates a variety of job responsibilities, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and prefers moving around versus sitting all day. The position is with the team at McCarthy Chevrolet - Lee's Summit.

Requirements

• Clear and Valid Driver's License
• Ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude
• Reliable

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run any necessary errands required by the department and other duties as assigned
• Vacuum vehicle, install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all the vehicles taken in for service
• Drive vehicles to their proper places in the parking lot
• Responsible for keeping a clean shop
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
• Assisting Technicians as needed
• Shuttling customers to and from dealership
• Performs other duties as assigned
