About The Position
Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach is seeking a hardworking, dependable Collision Center Helper / Parts Employee to support our Collision Center operations. This position plays a key role in keeping the shop organized, clean, and running efficiently while assisting with parts management and daily shop activities.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Nice To Haves
- Automotive, warehouse, or collision center experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts deliveries
- Deliver parts and supplies to technicians as needed
- Assist with parts returns, warranty parts, and inventory organization
- Keep parts storage areas clean and organized
- Empty shop trash containers and remove recyclables throughout the day
- Clean and maintain shop common areas, workspaces, and parking areas
- Assist with cleaning up after technicians and help keep repair stalls organized
- Sweep floors, maintain equipment areas, and support overall shop cleanliness
- Move vehicles safely as needed
- Assist advisors, technicians, and parts staff with daily operational tasks
- Help ensure a safe, professional, and efficient work environment
