Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Lift up to 530 pounds, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests using our Tony Group Standards.
• Continuous communication with guest and insurance company through the process.
• Performs initial inspection for the insurance company, or guest on collision damage.
• Prepares the estimate and gets the estimate to the proper parties, opens the initial repair order, and records all data in CCC One.
• Gets Authorization from Guest and Insurance for all repairs.
• Regular communication.
• Complete supplements and gets all approvals as well as complete all estimates and applies for final payments.
