About The Position

MotorWorld Body Shop is growing and seeking an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated estimator who enjoys working with customers, insurance partners, and technicians. Requirements

Valid driver's license with two or fewer moving violations.
Ability to confidently manage a high volume of estimates in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Basic Microsoft Office skills, internet proficiency, and general math skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience using CCC Pathways and/or CCC ONE preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
Review repair cost estimates with the Body Shop Manager or Foreman.
Determine whether damaged components should be repaired or replaced.
Prepare insurance documentation and repair recommendations.
Estimate repainting, customization, and specialty repair costs when applicable.
Communicate clearly with customers, insurance representatives, technicians, and management throughout the repair process.
Prepare reports, business correspondence, and documentation as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high-volume workload.
