About The Position
At Rochester Collision Center, we believe in a team to ensure our guests have a great experience. Part of that team is a Shop Assistant that is responsible for lot cleanliness, checking parts, checking for quality, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Completion of drug and background screening.
- Ability to follow basic written instructions.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Attending and participating in training and meetings.
- Mirror matching parts.
- Final quality control checks.
- Ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable.
- Ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris.
- Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas.
- Informing supervisor of issues as they arise.
- Helping around the shop as needed.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.
