We're looking for a skilled Collision Body Technician to join our full-service collision center. You'll handle everything from structural repair and panel replacement to welding and surface prep — doing the kind of quality work that earns customers for life.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of collision repair experience in a dealership or independent shop
- Proficiency with frame/unibody repair equipment (Chief, Car-O-Liner, or similar)
- I-CAR training or certification required; ProLevel or Platinum preferred
- Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and parts identification
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and repair damaged vehicles following approved repair plans and I-CAR standards
- Perform metal straightening, panel replacement, and structural repairs using frame equipment
- Execute MIG and squeeze-type resistance spot welding as required by repair procedures
- Complete proper surface preparation for the paint department, including blocking and priming
- Document repair operations and flag any supplements or hidden damage discovered during teardown
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all shop safety protocols
