About The Position

Its collision center is in Highland, IL, about 30 miles east of St. Louis. They're growing the team and want an experienced, productive body technician for the long haul. Modern collision center built in 2015, with up-to-date equipment. Two paint booths, a frame rack, and a dedicated aluminum repair area. OEM-certified shop: Ford Certified and GM Collision Network certified. Flat-rate pay plan with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Small, close-knit team with owners who stay involved day to day. Stable, multi-generation family business with deep roots in the community.
Requirements
- Hands-on collision body repair experience
- A productive, flat-rate mindset. This shop wants technicians who aim to beat the guarantee, not just meet it
- Reliability and a team-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Perform collision body repairs
- Work with the shop's frame rack and aluminum repair equipment in an OEM-certified facility
- Work closely with the painter and shop management to keep repairs moving
