This position aids our students and staff by completing various duties at the Switchboard/Information Desk/Call Center/DxS. The office assists students, faculty, and the community. Duties include answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone, filing paperwork, data entry, assisting adjunct faculty with mail, assisting walk-in students, faculty, and the community, and providing assistance in campus events. Additional duties may be assigned. This role supports CSN students and staff and provides helpful experience for various Degree/Certificate Programs.
