About The Position

In this internship program, you will: Immerse yourself in an internship assignment within a key corporate finance function at one of the world’s leading investment management companies, with opportunities in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Fund Analysis & Operations, or Finance Technology. Lead an assignment within the Finance function that deepens your knowledge in areas such as fiscal planning, financial modeling, financial performance reporting, risk management, mutual fund accounting and operations, or supporting Finance shared services teams (e.g., Finance Technology or Corporate Real Estate). Meet regularly with your department manager, internship program manager, and others to receive personalized coaching and mentorship. Cultivate relationships within a fast-growing network of dedicated professionals committed to doing what’s right for the investor. Deliver strategic insights and identify opportunities that directly impact our business and, ultimately, our clients. Make decisions with impact Your strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and intellectual curiosity will help advance your financial expertise as you prepare for a career in this field. Requirements

  • Passion for finance and an interest in enabling critical internal functions within an organization.
  • All majors are considered; majors in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, data analytics, or statistics are preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Professional presence and demeanor when working with colleagues and leadership.
  • Adaptability, with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
  • Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidates that will not now, or in the future, need sponsorship or other immigration support to obtain US work authorization.

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
