About The Position

The College Store Specialist assists in all daily operations for the College Store and serves as our lead cashier and over customer relations. The Specialist is responsible for our shipping & receiving department, manages our Graduation store and maintains College Store files.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organized
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to multi-task & handle interruptions
  • Critical Thinking
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and comfortable using Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, & lift books for up to 10 hours with few breaks during busy times.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree preferred
