About The Position

The 2027 Gaylor Electric Summer Internship Program is seeking college students for a paid, 8-to-11 week opportunity. This program offers construction career exploration, technical skill honing, and robust professionalism training. Students will gain hands-on, real-world experience, develop their professional resumes, interview habits, networking skills, and professionalism approaches. The program aims to help students expand their knowledge outside the classroom, apply their major's concepts, determine career interests, get feedback, and further their education. Interns become valued members of the Gaylor Electric culture and learn about high-value positions in the trades. The program has welcomed students from over 70 institutions and places over 200 students across national Gaylor Electric locations and job sites.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Architectural Engineering, Electrical, Civil and Construction), Occupational Health & Safety, Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excited to visit and travel to new locations and projects.
