About The Position

This position will support learning and development initiatives by supporting the Department manager resolving issues and processing information as needed. This position will work in a team environment, seeking solutions to challenges and utilizing lean principles to enhance global standards and processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis tools, especially Microsoft office
  • Ability to accomplish assignments in a logical fashion, using existing technology and standardized methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support departmental needs.
  • Seeking solution of process capability or non-conformance problems.
  • Use analytical tools to develop knowledge and experience.
  • Support and enhance processes, methods, and procedures significant to product development.
  • Work in a team environment towards bringing new product and technologies and techniques to the process.
  • Prepares documentation, reports, and presentations of technical data related to studies and projects –speaks with data and facts in a clear and effective manner.
  • All other duties assigned by manager or engineering advisor.
