The Summer College Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship experience that provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to attend development workshops, network, and be part of our company. Our college interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored under their respective managers, and continue to develop throughout the entire summer. Through the internship program, our interns can attend development workshops that are focused on key business concepts. Interns may work within the skills-based tracks of Business Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other non-technical and/or technical based degree programs. This is a paid 10-week summer internship from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August (up to 40 hours per week). Interns may reside in either a technical or non-technical area. Development workshops are provided to help with the transition from school to the corporate environment. Housing is not provided as part of our program. In this internship, the individual will be focused on the measurement of business analytics across our digital platforms and assets, including forecasting trends in digital engagement and benchmarking our engagement metrics to industry standards. This individual will also be involved in and should have a passion for technology research within the healthcare space and evaluating the impact of market trends on satisfaction with our digital assets. This individual will work with key stakeholders to identify segments to target for digital adoption and engagement goals and perform regular analysis of digital adopters by variables such as device usage, age band, product line, and brand. Works with a mentor and supports key strategic projects. Completes work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications. Performs a mix of technical and/or non-technical tasks that will cover a broad range of business-related projects. Creates and delivers presentations at completion of internship. Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy in accordance with the company policies. Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
