About The Position

Jovie is seeking enthusiastic College Brand Ambassadors to represent the company on campus. The primary role is to connect with students, share information about Jovie's job opportunities for childcare providers, and encourage interested individuals to apply. This position is ideal for students who enjoy meeting people, have a strong campus network, and are looking for flexible, part-time work that fits around their academic schedule. The Brand Ambassador will act as Jovie's on-campus contact, sharing job opportunities, connecting with student organizations, and utilizing campus resources to reach potential applicants. Success will be measured by the quality of candidates referred, interviewed, and hired, rather than the volume of promotional activities.

• Currently a college student
• Enjoy meeting and talking to people
• Know your campus and student community
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable
• Ability to work independently
• Organized and reliable
• Like helping people find opportunities
• Interest in working with children

Responsibilities

• Talk to friends, classmates, and other students about working with Jovie
• Share Jovie job opportunities and application links
• Connect with student organizations, clubs, or campus groups
• Promote Jovie on campus through job boards, social channels, or approved events
• Refer interested students to the Jovie Recruiting team
• Follow up with interested individuals to encourage applications
• Generate ideas for reaching students on campus
