About The Position
Sports Info Solutions (SIS) is seeking scouts for collegiate basketball games in Las Vegas. This role involves attending games at the arena and using SIS's proprietary software to gather data. The scheduling is flexible, based on game times and scout availability. SIS provides game tickets and parking passes. This is primarily a part-time, pay-per-game position with potential for career growth within SIS. SIS is a leader in collecting, analyzing, and distributing deep data sets and insights to professional sports teams across MLB, NBA, and NFL, and is advancing its data, technology, and insights to drive innovation in Sports Data and Analytics.
Requirements
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to communicate.
- Ability to understand and identify basketball concepts.
- Access to and ability to operate a smartphone.
- Transportation to the stadium.
- Capable of quickly and accurately identifying information for the duration of a basketball game.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
